You should practice what you preach. That is the basic rule for credibility.
Now my students can write three paragraphs every day. I too should be able to do that. You need to find a fixed time. The best time now is after lunch. I can summarize what happened yesterday and plan for the next.
I must excel at writing. The only way to accomplish that is to write every day, from today.
