WRITING 146: FOR MYSELF

FEEL QUITE DOWN LATELY. NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THE SITUATION.

BECAUSE OF CUTTING OFF ZC? IF THERE IS NO RESULT, WHY WASTE TIME?

OUT OF BALANCE. WORK CONSUMES TOO MUCH TIME, LEAVING LITTLE FOR LIFE. MUST SET RIGHT PRIORITY, AND COMMIT TIME FOR IT. PROTECT AFTERNOON (1PM-6PM) FOR THE COMMITTED ACTIONS.

FOR NOW, LIFE IS PRIORITY.

  1. Sometimes people that you love don’t align with your life. Send them love and know that pain is part your grieving process. No reason to judge it, just acknowledge it, feel it fully and trust that you made the best choice with the tools you had at the time. 😌

  2. Feeling down will pass. Someone once told me: even the best of people have bad days every now and then. It’s true. We’re allowed to feel a bit gloomy every now and then.
    I hope you’ll feel better soon, though!
