    • Well, to get real exercise, I need a bit intensity. I run 5K races at this pace, so that I won’t embarrass myself too much :)

By the way, I recall you intend to run 5K. How does it go?

        • I did several times in my school. Every time I am No. 2 in my division, around 8-13 overall. My best record for outdoor 5K is 20’10”. To be fair, there is a huge uphill on the course; otherwise, I should have managed under 20′ :)

But that is not the point. Running to me is a way to ensure discipline and keep me away from depression :)

So what do you run for?

          • “Uphill” :’) I am sorry, my country is flat. I always forget we’re the only one, haha. And here’s me feeling badass for running nearly 5k while in fact I’d die running uphill, probably ;)
I run for freedom. And endorphins ;) But letting go of my thoughts, only thinking of my run and the music in my ears. Frankly, I much more enjoy my after run-glow than the run itself :p

  1. That is a cool way to describe your day! I like how you also included the happy moment of the day :)

Keep up the good work! :) And maybe work on learning, considering you gave it a zero ;)

    Cheers!

    • Thanks for stopping by. Since data do not lie, I need to collect them to really ‘see’ my behavior. A side effect is that doing so increases my awareness of my habits, good and bad. It is a starting point for improvement.

      • Oh but data do lie!! I am working with data for a living, and it’s funny how the presentation if data, or an incomplete/incorrect research can make the data lie.

But you’re right, it’s a good thing to do. I like the idea! And wow, good for you to work on your self-improvement so consciously!

Keep up the good work and have a great week ahead!

        Best,
