1. I had dinner with Rm. at Fig and Olive. She is unhappy with the current company of vocation rental, though being there for only a month. The main complaint is that the boss does not understand business, especially pricing. He does it based on the experience rather than data and science. When sales do not come, he blames his employs. Rm. needs to persuade him of the better way: revenue management. Indeed, this is how airline and hotels do their business.
